Jackson Civil LLC is leading the installation of the 66th Street Industrial Park Waterline Improvements—an essential utility infrastructure project designed to expand water service capacity and reliability for Enid’s growing industrial corridor.
The project includes the installation of both C900 PVC and HDPE waterlines, with HDPE segments requiring certified heat fusion for watertight performance. Critical portions of the waterline traverse beneath U.S. Highway 412 and natural waterways, where trenchless technology is used to bore under roadways and creeks. These bores are housed within steel casing pipes to ensure long-term protection and structural integrity.
Scope of Work Includes:
Trenching and installation of C900 PVC and HDPE waterlines
Directional bores under Highway 412 and creek crossings
Fusion-welded HDPE segments with steel casing installation at all roadway and creek crossings
Valve and hydrant installations, utility tie-ins, and waterline testing
Controlled backfill and site restoration using stabilized materials
Jackson Civil’s in-house crews use GPS-enabled excavation and grade control systems, ensuring efficiency and precision. Our ability to self-perform fusions and bores, combined with local material sourcing and trench safety systems, keeps the project on schedule and within budget.
As a DBE-certified contractor with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), we take pride in delivering quality-driven, safety-first municipal infrastructure that supports long-term economic growth in Enid.
